In RAW-Z, we left Laylow in full introspection about the adult he has become: a "mixed-blood prince" with numbed senses, confronted with a consumerist and comfortable society, silently eroded by relational difficulties, melancholy, and loneliness. Trinity is the virtual refuge he creates to escape this bland reality. An emotional stimulation software through which he saves himself from his torpor. During the listening of this album, the listener is invited to experience different forms of emotions, like so many programs offered by the software, always guided by the voice of Trinity. His adrenaline level will rise while listening to Piranha Baby or Akanizer, he will be caught in the maze of romantic feelings with Poizon or Million Flowerz and absorbed by melancholy in Nakré or Logiciel Triste. The strong cinematic imprint of the album and the care taken to build captivating soundscapes make it an auditory experience that includes a powerful visual component. Nevertheless, Trinity remains a work of rare sincerity. For his first album, Laylow fully reveals himself and positions himself as the main character of an audio film he has conceived himself. The universe deployed is fictional but the narrator is very real. We find in Trinity several collaborations already encountered in Laylow's universe: S.Pri Noir, Jok'Air, Wit, and Dioscures, who signs most of the album's productions. Lomepal, Alpha Wann, and pianist Sofiane Pamart complete this list. Laylow proves once again that he is one of the most creative artistic figures in the French music landscape. Often going against the rap codes, he unfolds a technological universe where sentimentality, egotrip, and a certain vision of the era coexist, always with a powerful capacity for embodiment.
