This double CD edition celebrates the 70th anniversary of electronic music pioneer Klaus Schulze.
Participating in the early days of Tangerine Dream, Sand (album Golem), and Ash Ra Tempel, he later became one of the most prolific composers in the electronic scene.
The first CD of this exceptional edition contains a whole album, completely unreleased, recorded by Klaus Schulze in 2006/2007.
The second CD features three tracks: "Schrittmacher," "Ion/Andromeda," and "Andromeda - The Grand Trance." Originally composed for synthesizer manufacturers of the time, these pieces were distributed in very limited copies upon their release. The track "Andromeda," being available for the first time in its entirety, reveals all its splendor and its inexorable hypnotic power.
