Keygen Church returns with a new "cyber-metal" project described as a "computer-generated religious ceremony" by its creator! Keygen Church is the brainchild of Roman technologist and songwriter Vittorio d'Amore, also a member of the 8-bit band MBR. Keygen Church writes and records via undisclosed real-time events, where lucky spectators witness the band's spontaneous creative process. Like its 2022 predecessors, Nel Nome Del Codice is a modern-primitive love letter to doom/gothic/black metal with foundations in Baroque-era classical music and Romantic-era music. Nel Nome Del Codice is reminiscent of Arcturus's La Masquerade Infernale or Elend's The Umbersun if it had been conceived by Japanese 8-bit composer Koichi Sugiyama (Dragon Quest). The logo is ASCII art, a "graphic language" created by users of bulletin board systems (BBS) in the early days of the Internet.
