Saison 2

Description

“With a little confidence, it’ll work out” — it is with this motto that Kerchak made his striking entrance, 1 year ago, into French rap with a new sound that the hexagon is discovering: Jersey. Joined by Bandmanrill, Favé and Ziak, this album marks a turning point in Kerchak’s budding career, with a Gold certification for this release (+50,000 sales), as well as a Platinum single with Peur (+30 million streams), and a Gold single for Calme toi (+15 million streams). After a first year at 200 km/h, Kerchak wants to take a second step and presents his mixtape Saison 2. Saison 2 shows his rise but also a move into another dimension. Much more mature, this release presents a more eclectic Kerchak. Jersey, drill, New Jazz: the artist tries out new musical styles. The first statement with the Colors “Roule un autre”, released on October 2, kicks off this diverse project. With 10 million streams today, this track marks a major shift in the artist’s musical direction. Featuring Dinos, Gambi, Ziak, Houdi and RnBoi, Kerchak surrounds himself with established names as well as artists from the new rap scene. If Kerchak’s first year was meteoric, Saison 2 promises to be even more so.
