Toy Tonics presents “Para Mytho Disco,” the second album by label founder and art director Mathias Modica as Kapote. Kapote’s Toy Tonics quickly became a key label for a new generation of clubbers, brighter and more open, and the opposite of the dark, drugged atmospheres of today’s Techno and Trance. In 2024, Toy Tonics organized 150 events in 18 countries, bringing together more than 150,000 dancers and 90 million streams of their music. Toy Tonics is more than a label: it is a true universe, both audio and visual, a community, almost a movement, based on a positive attitude and a genuine aesthetic diversity blending musicality and DJ culture, analog music with electronic music, and ideas from the past with today’s sounds in order to create something new and connect dance music with graphic design, art, and underground fashion.
