The album VULTURES 1 by Ye (Kanye West) and Ty Dolla $ign (as a supergroup called “¥$”), released in 2024, is Ye's first collaborative album since his 2018 album with Kid Cudi, KIDS SEE GHOSTS. Bridging R&B, classic rap-soul, and the lo-fi electro styles of the late Ye era, VULTURES 1 manages to merge Ye's production methods with Ty Dolla's laid-back flow. The album was released digitally in February 2024 and reached number one on the Billboard 200, becoming Ye's eleventh album and Ty Dolla's fifth album to hit number one in the United States in their respective careers. Internationally, the album topped streaming charts in 72 countries. Initially, vinyl copies, CDs, and cassettes of VULTURES 1 were available exclusively on the artist's online store. The album is no longer available in any format through this channel.
