Live in Oberhausen was recorded during the band’s biggest headlining concert to date in Oberhausen, Germany. 1,800 fans packed the sold-out Turbinenhalle II and took part in a special evening during the promotional tour for Die Urkatastrophe. In total, 16 of the 20 European shows were sold out several months before the tour began. A new milestone for the band, which had played its first concert only two and a half years earlier. The setlist included tracks from the debut album Menschenmühle and the following EPs, as well as eight tracks from Die Urkatastrophe.
