It is the entire richness of this new recording, enhanced by the luxurious presence of Sonya Yoncheva (duo from Manon by Massenet) and the most sought-after French baritone today, Ludovic Tézier (duo from Les Pêcheurs de perles).
He is here accompanied by the Bavarian State Orchestra, conducted by the young French conductor Bertrand de Billy.
