Jimmy Carpenter, a Blues Music Award and Grammy winner, announces his latest album, Just Got Started, via Gulf Coast Records. Produced by the legendary Norwegian blues giant Kid Andersen and Mike Zito at the iconic California studio Greaseland! This record features reimagined classics such as "Midnight Blue" and "My Babe," as well as new material from Jimmy, including "I Only Gamble With My Heart" and the album's title track "(Feels Like) I Just Got Started." This will be Jimmy's sixth album, and he will be touring across the United States and Europe for the "I Just Got Started" tour! "This album is very different from the previous five; it's groovier and more soulful, but not overdone. The musicianship really brings it home, and I could feel the love while we were recording it. I play these songs live, and based on the reaction we get, I think people love it!
