Jesu Sun Kil Moon

Description

As usual, Sun Kil Moon releases information sparingly about its various projects, and this collaboration is no exception... In early 2015, during a rare interview given to Uncut magazine, Mark Rozelek alluded to this collaboration, which was officially confirmed via the Twitter account of Jesu’s frontman (the project between metal and electronica) on April 27. Since then, a few details have leaked out: a tracklisting in January, a release date in September, two excerpts streamed in October... And now, the album’s release on the Rough Trade label for Europe. Note that Mark Rozalek and experimental artist Justin K. Broadrick collaborated with Will Oldham (Bonnie Prince Billy), Mimi Parker and Alan Sparhawk (Low), Isaac Brock (Modest Mouse) and Rachel Goswell (Slowdive) on this release.
