For his 50 years of songs, Jean-Claude Gianadda offers us 18 reorchestrated songs including 3 completely new ones.
After 50 years of life in songs (more than a thousand songs composed), it was only natural for Jean-Claude Gianadda to give a final nod — or rather a "God wink" as he likes to say — to those who listen to him and follow his songs and tours (France, Francophone Africa, Haiti, etc.) for years. For this last album, he chose to reunite with companions from the early years, those with whom he made his first recordings: Mannick, Jo Akepsimas, and Gaëtan de Courrèges. All the songs, orchestrated by Jo Akepsimas, are recorded by this group of "friends-singers-Christians" with the help of Maurice Valensin for the sound recording. It features eleven songs already known by Jean-Claude Gianadda as well as three new ones.
