Continuing his cycle of Beethoven symphonies with the Budapest Festival Orchestra, Iván Fischer presents Symphony No. 3 "Eroica" paired with the Overture to Coriolan. The process of recording the cycle by Fischer has been particularly lengthy, as he first insisted on performing and filming the music with his remarkable orchestra before committing to a studio recording.
