Description

On June 26, 2010, Indochine made history by becoming the first French band to fill the Stade de France. Four years later, the band repeated this feat with two exceptional shows this time, on June 27 and 28, 2014: the Black City Concerts. 57 semi-trailers to transport the sets and technical equipment, more than 700 technicians mobilized, 550 m2 of screens, 450 m2 of mapping surface and 25,000 watts of sound power. Not to mention a brand-new stage 80 m wide and extending 50 m onto the pitch, as well as a cascade of special and unprecedented effects. Filmed on both nights, by day, by night, in the rain, a stage in the shape of a future city that gradually comes to life, an innovative camera setup, intimate on stage and in the audience or spectacular with a spider cam crossing the entire stadium, the Black City Concerts are 2h30 of show, enhanced by interactive menus, an exclusive making-of that make these 2 concerts the grand finale of a tour of more than 80 dates in front of more than 800,000 spectators. “With the audience we have and what happened during our first stadium show in 2010, then yes, we can put on concerts in a stadium that are incredibly powerful and moving. Whether we are on the pitch, at the back, in front, close or far, the entire stadium audience will be in communion,” said Nicola Sirkis. Complementary to the Black City Tour box set released last year, the Black City Concerts box set will be stackable with the latter (assembled with half-moon stickers). Contents: 2CD + 2DVD + 1BR + 1 documentary (download code) + 1 figurine (10 cm) + 1 52-page booklet + 2 stickers for assembling the box sets.
