Looking For Transcendence

Description

Formed in 2019, this French trio from Toulouse follows in the "indie doom metal" footsteps of the Peaceville Three (My Dying Bride, Paradise Lost and Anathema) with strong 90s dreamy indie pop shoegaze influences and a renewed approach to sludge metal. The band's instrumental base, simple but not without sophistication, is colored by singer Julie Docteur's "shamanic" and haunting vocal parts.
