On this record recorded between Dunkirk and Manchester, Samuel Lequette aka HYPERREVE collaborates with BILL PRITCHARD, the most Francophone of English singers. Bill Pritchard is known in particular for a wonderful album with Daniel Darc, Parce que, and for Three Months, Three Weeks & Two Days produced by Étienne Daho.
The stripped-down production, in pure osmosis with Samuel Lequette's fragile and deep voice, sometimes recalls Johnny Cash's last album produced by Rick Rubin or Crève-coeur by Daniel Darc with Frédéric Lo. With a particular style and grain, these five new songs express the obvious, the turmoil, and the pain of romantic feelings and seek to restore all its nobility.
