HIRO confirms his place as a major artist on the Afro and Urban Pop scene. With his status as a pioneer within the Francophone Afro scene, Hiro asserts himself with this 3rd album "Afro Romance" as a major artist on the Afro - Urban Pop scene that has exploded in the last two years, determined to consolidate his stature. Very well produced and well accompanied, Hiro delivers here the most complete musical journey of his artist career. The album opens with the kind words of his mother on "J’te connais". We then find the single "Quatre secondes" in collaboration with Koba LaD, a track released at the beginning of the year that set the ambitions of this new album. Hiro navigates from one continent to another, from one heart to another. "Piquée" in collaboration with Leto is one of the highlights of this album, with Hiro's velvety voice and Leto's powerful melody. Hiro offers us a funky track with "Dea-leur" featuring Jok’air that takes us under the LA sun. Two international collaborations, with Nigerian singer Teni and then with the rising Nigerian star Adekunle Gold, confirm Hiro's international stature in the Francophone world. This romance between Hiro and the listener continues through ballads, West Indies rhythms, or the powerful piano-voice track "Anéanti". After sharing a moment with Hornet La Frappe or Bramsito, the album concludes with a superb passing of the torch between the legend of Congolese music Koffi Olomidé and the flamboyant Hiro for the eponymous title of the album, "Afro Romance".
