The spirit around Hexvessel invokes a vision of a group of Pagans coming from the North to live in the Laurel Canyon (California) at the end of the '60s. Hexvessel is Rock with a Folk touch driven in a psychedelic way alluding to Captain Beefheart, King Crimson, and the Beatles. Mat McNerney, the leader of the group who sang and wrote for bands such as Dødheimsgard and Code under the pseudonym 'Kvohst', is also known for having contributed to the success of BeastMilk. Hexvessel will release its 3rd album 'When We Are Death', its most personal and accomplished work to date.
