Two different aesthetics yet linked by common African roots, colonial histories, and assertive intentions. Their influence on the world has been immeasurable even though they have rarely crossed paths. But that was without counting on the visionary Mista Savona who, after releasing a series of reggae/dub albums and taking an interest in Cuban music, decided to create the project "Havana Meets Kingston". To do this, he brings together the maestros of both genres, including Jamaican musicians Sly & Robbie to record in the iconic EGREM Studio where Buena Vista Social Club and many other musical gems have been produced. "Havana Meets Kingston 2" has nothing to be ashamed of compared to the previous volume. Many Jamaican and Cuban talents join the project, including stars from both genres like Clinton Fearon, Randy Valentine, Prince Alla, Barbarito Torres, Changuito, Branda Navarette, and many more...
