The superstar cellist, one half of 2Cellos, Hauser (20 million fans on social media) with half a billion streams worldwide (30 million in France) unveils his next album 'Classic II', the follow-up to his great success 'Classic' released in 2020. A brand new selection of his favorite works among the most beautiful melodies of classical music. For Classic II, HAUSER reunites with the London Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Robert Ziegler, and arranger/orchestrator Robin Smith, with whom the cellist worked closely to highlight the cello in the arrangement of each piece. Classic II reimagines immediately recognizable melodies by Bach, Beethoven, Brahms, Chopin, Donizetti, Dvorak, Mahler, Mozart, Rachmaninoff and Schubert, most of which were written for solo instruments, voices or a full orchestra and never adapted to the "voice" of the cello. HAUSER also brings his personal style to two beloved Baroque-style melodies - Albinoni's "Adagio" and the Adagio from Alessandro Marcello's famous Oboe Concerto - as well as to two contemporary pieces, "Emmanuel" by Michel Colombier and "Kiss the Rain" by composer-pianist Yurima.
