'Pictures From Life's Other Side', a 6-CD box set by Hank Williams, the man and his music in rare recordings and previously unreleased photos. Hank Williams is probably the greatest icon of American Country Music. His influence on Folk and Rock artists in the second half of the 20th century is unparalleled. Dying before reaching the age of 30, his legend was only made greater; his repertoire has been revisited by the greatest Pop, Rock and Gospel artists. 'Pictures From Life's Other Side' is a 6-CD collection, 144 tracks representing the complete roundup of Hank's performances from existing transcription discs. The compilation was produced by Cheryl Pawelski and each track was carefully restored and remastered by Michael Graves. Together they received a Grammy for Best Historical Album for their work on the Hank Williams compilation 'The Garden Spot Programs 1950' in 2015. The recordings are presented in a box set with a sumptuous book tracing Hank's photographic career, with more than 200 official photos, rare and unreleased photos, family photos, carefully organized and assembled with Colin Escott, music historian and Hank biographer.
