Description

Glasya describes itself as a 'Soundtrack Metal' band, inspired by the colorful soundtracks of the 60s and 70s, where small audio clips from the film were included in the album to bring the listener to that singular moment when the music appeared, thus helping them remember the story after seeing it in the cinema. In other words, their main goal is to tell stories and provide fans with the perfect soundtrack to participate in them! Today, Glasya takes a step forward in this storytelling mission and presents the story of Attarghan - an ancient army commander turned rebel, who leads the uprising of the colonized people against a non-historical pre-Persian empire and becomes the main opposing force to this empire. "Attarghan" consists of 15 distinct tracks that flow together as the story unfolds: each one expresses the feeling of a specific moment and awakens the imagination to that precise time and space. An epic tale deserves an epic soundtrack, and the Portuguese symphonic metal band Glasya is more than capable of providing it!
