"Hail To The Heroes" is the new studio album by the Indian hard rock band Girish And The Chronicles (GATC). The band stated a few months ago: "Our album will contain all the musical elements we love to hear in our everyday lives, which of course revolve around good old Rock'n Roll. From the Sunset Strip to NWOBHM and more! Our audience can expect great anthems!" And GATC has kept that promise. "Hail To The Heroes," the band's third album, sees the group making huge strides forward compared to their previous album, "Rock The Highway" (2020). The album grabs the listener from the very first notes of the opening track and doesn't let go. Girish continues: "We are a hard rock/melodic rock/heavy metal band. We love to play the kind of music we listened to while growing up, which revolves around the 80s. However, we like to include a song or two that may have a very different vibe. This can take the form of a more prog song or a riff tinged with Indian folklore. We love to explore and take risks, without losing the essence of what we truly love."
