It's by unveiling their single 'Call Me Little Sunshine' that the band Ghost announces the release of their fifth studio album 'Impera'. This new opus will be musically the most ambitious and lyrically the most incisive of all. A concept set against a hypnotic and darkly colored melodic backdrop. Available on CD and standard and limited colored vinyl. Impera sees Ghost literally transported hundreds of years before the Black Death era that ravaged Europe in the 14th century, as evoked in the album 'Prequelle'. Over its 12 tracks, the album sees empires rise and fall, aspiring messiahs plead their causes (financial and spiritual), prophecies announced as the heavens fill with divine and artificial celestial bodies.
