A Big Dream

After being part of the iNOUïS selection at the Printemps de Bourges in 2020 and unveiling the poignant Lost Healing in the spring of 2021, Tristan Gouret, also known as FYRS, is ready to offer his very first album: A Big Dream. This album showcases a rich emotional landscape, like an intoxicating diary composed alone, aiming to be both sensitive and sunny, enhanced by arrangements of great softness. Cello, clarinet, guitar, piano… The talented multi-instrumentalist manages to provide the musical richness we appreciate so much while allowing an ethereal, almost enchanting atmosphere to flow. He is later joined by numerous musicians - Félix Buff on drums, Fred Faure on percussion, Nicolas Audouin on clarinet, Cécile Lacharme on cello - to perfect the nine tracks of this opus recorded at Shorebreaker studio with the help of Johannes Buff (Zombie Zombie, Lee Ranaldo…) and Pierre Loustaunau (Petit Fantôme). We will also note the participation of English artist Rachael Dadd on "Bristol," thus creating a bridge to the city he cherishes so much. Brilliantly bearing his name, this opus hints at a promising future for this young talent, influenced by Anglo-Saxon sounds, who has matured his universe between Bristol, where he had a short but prolific stay, and the west coast of France, drifting between Nantes, where he composed a large part of the tracks, Morbihan, and his hometown: Saint Nazaire.
