s/t/Color Vinyl

Description

Fuzz, the new band of singer Ty Segall, releases its first studio album. For this record, the members dug through hard drives and record collections to unearth gems of oddity. Recorded by Chris Woodhouse (Thee Oh Sees, The Intelligence), Fuzz draws its inspiration from the most esoteric heavy-metal tracks. From Sabbath to Hendrix, via the British progressive blues of The Groundhougs or guitar legend Lobby Lloyde. The mood is not one of lightness; the songs reveal a state of perpetual paranoia and a mental health that is falling apart, and it’s no surprise, it’s an album of madmen.
