Future's tenth mixtape, "Beast Mode," created in collaboration with Atlanta producer Zaytoven, was released on January 15, 2015. With only 9 tracks, it encapsulates the best of what Future had to offer at a time when Zaytoven states the rapper was producing over 10 tracks a day. As Future grapples with his demons, Beast Mode's heavy and dark production helps him sort through his emotions. The mixtape was well-received by fans and critics alike, earning very favorable reviews from Pitchfork, Popmatters, and Metacritic.
