FRANK ZAPPA Apostrophe Originally released in 1974, Frank Zappa’s Apostrophe album is now being reissued on vinyl. The opening track, Don’t Eat the Yellow Snow, was Frank Zappa’s first hit to break into the charts. This album also reached number 10 on the Billboard Charts and was Frank Zappa’s most successful album. This album is a mix of short tracks tinged with Frank Zappa’s humor and his arrangements. The album’s lyrical themes are often bizarre or obscure, with the exception of Uncle Remus, which is an extension of Zappa’s feelings on racial discord presented earlier in his song Trouble Every Day.
