25 Years After

Description

To celebrate his 25-year career, the heir to Stéphane Grappelli performs the most beautiful melodies from the American repertoire. As a bonus, the reissue of Gipsy Ballad, his first album as a leader, featuring Babik Reinhardt and Biréli Lagrène. A remarkable musical journey, offered by a master of the violin. “I thank life for everything it has brought me over the past 25 years, since I began living in France, in Paris. The artistic experience accumulated during this period (1991-2016) has led me to truly feel how much I love music and, above all, to honor it, as a humble servant of this immense Planet. I try to share with the audience a pure moment of sincerity, a synthesis of feelings connected to the places where I grew up and those where I evolve as an artist.” Florin Niculescu.
