Habana

Description

Florent Pagny presents us with his new album Habana. The idea of a Cuban album took shape while he was observing from Miami, where he lived, the upheavals shaking Fidel Castro's island. The end of the cultural embargo then gave him the desire to create this project with Raúl Paz, his longtime friend.
A complete artist with a solid classical background, Raúl Paz chose, like Florent, the path of variety, pop, and Latin rock. He wrote and composed all the tracks on Habana.
The production of the album was entrusted to the famous Colombian producer Julio Reyes Copello, accomplice to Latin pop stars and holder of numerous awards (Latin Grammy Awards, Grammy Awards.).
Ambassador of a Cuban culture that has spread throughout the world, Raúl Paz found in Florent Pagny an ideal travel companion. The Cuban from France created Habana for a Frenchman from Argentina, and it is two free men who join forces in a Latin feeling. Florent Pagny thus strengthens his ties with his adopted language and seals a pact for the future with a Cuba in full transformation.
