Flook is a traditional Anglo-Irish music group, primarily playing its own compositions. Their music is characterized by a fast, sometimes punchy rhythm. The group was formed in 1995, originally initiated by Becky Morris, along with three flutist friends Sarah Allen, Brian Finnegan, and Michael McGoldrick (who later joined the Scottish group Capercaillie in 1997). The group was briefly known as Three Nations Flutes. On December 17, 2008, the group decided to disband. However, the group reformed (briefly) for an appearance during the Blas Ceoil program on BBC Northern Ireland. In the fall of 2018, the group announced their grand return in 2019 with a new album (the first since "Haven" in 2005) and a European tour.
