The program opens with the Adagio in B minor, K. 540, the only piece on the album that does not use variation form. The two sets of variations that follow use a similar approach of variations on a theme. Colli concludes his program with the Sonata in A major, K. 311, which stands out from the ordinary. After the second movement, a minuet and trio, Mozart ends with a rondo, one of his most famous pieces, the "Alla Turca." Federico Colli once again demonstrates his intelligent playing, his sense of color, and his deep knowledge of Mozart's music.
