Held every three years since 2004, the Crossroads Guitar Festival has quickly become the major event in the guitar world, where all the greatest musicians in the world come together to raise funds for the Crossroads Center in Antigua. Eric Clapton founded his treatment and rehabilitation center in 1998 to help people suffering from addiction. This year, the show saw Eric Clapton, the Allman Brothers Band, Blake Mills, Buddy Guy, Derek Trucks, Doyle Bramhall II, Gary Clark Jr., Jeff Beck, John Mayer, Keith Richards, Keith Urban, Los Lobos, Robert Cray, Sonny Landreth, Steve Cropper, Vince Gill, Warren Haynes and many others take turns on stage. As one might expect, Eric Clapton is omnipresent throughout the concert, and can be seen performing “Tears in Heaven” with his band. The legendary guitarist also blows away "Why Does Love Got to Be So Sad" by Derek and the Dominos with The Allman Brothers Band, echoing the night in 2009 when he joined them on stage during their residency at the Beacon Theater in New York.
