Pushing progressive death metal in increasingly imaginative directions, Entheos continues to stand out from the crowd. Incorporating elements drawn from a myriad of genres - including death metal, groove, grunge, electronic, slam, gothic rock, jazz, prog, and many others - they have evolved with each release, and today return with the follow-up to the historic "Dark Future" from 2017, the diverse and exhilarating "Time Will Take Us All." The band was reduced to two members in 2020, which streamlined the group and allowed the core members to make the music they want without compromise, which is clearly for their benefit. Koperweis - who takes on the role of drummer in the band's live lineup - has long written most of the guitar parts, so it wasn't a radically different writing process, but it allowed him the freedom of total control. "I tell people that this album is more of everything we do, except this time, it's deeper in every direction," says Koperweis. "We're not dipping our toes in the pool on certain aspects anymore, when we decide to go somewhere, we go, damn it."
