In 2016, a collection of twenty-six musical works from the early 17th century was rediscovered, including four masses in the music of Jehan Titelouze (1563-1633), organist of the cathedral of Rouen, considered the founder of the French organ school. The discovery of these masses printed in 1626 significantly expands the sacred repertoire at the crossroads of the Renaissance and the Baroque period.
