More than 25 years after the release of ENIGMA's first album, MCMXC aka. Michael Cretu, the founder, composer, and producer of this musical ensemble returns with a new project. Michael Cretu reconnects with the bold and innovative musical universe of his very first album by offering a true conceptual odyssey, in the form of a musical, poetic, and pictorial journey evoking redemption, change, and evolution. The music is put into words by the German poet and composer Michael Kunze - recipient of a Grammy and an Echo award - whose narrative will feature in the special edition of the album. Wolfgang Beltracchi, one of the most famous but also one of the most controversial artists of our time, created the album artwork and produced twelve original works accompanying each of its twelve tracks. The result of 8 years of work initiated by the meeting with singer Angunn - who lends her voice to the first single Sadeness (Part II) - The Fall Of A Rebel Angel will disrupt the codes through the strength and convergence of the means of expression of several artists in the service of a disturbing psychedelic mysticism.
