Produced by Brian Ahern (Johnny Cash, George Jones, Roy Orbison and who also produced the previous Elite Hotel, Pieces of The Sky and 1979's Blue Kentucky Girl by Harris), OLD YELLOW MOON is the first official collaboration of HARRIS and CROWELL since the Hot Band in 1975. The album also features renowned musicians such as Stuart Duncan, Vince Gill, and Bill Payne and the members of the original Hot Band. The discography of EMMYLOU HARRIS includes more than 25 albums. She has already won numerous Grammy awards throughout her career, just like RODNEY CROWELL, who has been awarded multiple times for his songs.
