For the needs of the new season of the animated series Ariol, Emmanuel Guibert, the writer of the comic series, has composed songs. Lots of songs! Not content with regularly performing them on stage with his friends Marc Boutavant and Bastien Lallemant, he presents a bouquet of eight on this album titled, like their show, "ARIOL SHOW." They are lively, arranged, and written with the collaboration of Frédéric Lemercier, Jean-Pierre Pilot, and Fabien Cahen. It's hard not to tap your fingers and stomp your feet (or the other way around) while listening, and even harder not to smile. Ariol, Ramono, Pétula, Bisbille, Monsieur Le Blount, Monsieur Ribéra, the familiar characters from the series sing along, letting out a bark or a triumphant crow here and there. Pop, blues, rap, symphonic orchestra, and choirs for the famous song of "Chevalier Cheval," the musical genres parade on stage like at a school fair, under the sun, in the last days of June! Present on small screens and on YouTube in the form of animated clips, some of these tracks are already enjoying nice public success.
