The Slim Shady LP (expanded edition)

Description

An artist with a top-flight flow, Eminem is also a complex and multifaceted character, and his Rap is its expression. This Rap virtuoso left a deep mark on a stereotyped Rap that ultimately leaves little room for such intimate introspection. It was after many battles and his meeting with " Proof ", Detroit rapper, that Eminem saw his career take shape and become professionalized. Spotted by the genius of Gangsta Rap Dr Dre, Eminem would demonstrate his art and ultimately record what would remain one of the most important albums in the history of Hip Hop. Released in 1999, " Slim Shady EP " would throw in the world’s face the flow of one of the most effective rappers and the universe of a complex and tortured artist like Hip Hop had never heard before. On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the release of this jewel of the genre, discover the Deluxe edition on triple vinyl and double CD. The Instrumental versions demonstrate the power and finesse of the productions of a Dr Dre at the peak of his art, and the A cappella tracks illustrate Eminem’s virtuosity.
