A catchy, folk-tinged number that instantly transports you to Brazil. Although Elys recorded 12 albums between 1960 and 1983, little is known about her. DJ Yoda sampled "Taieiras" in his 2012 track "UNo Likey Like That" with Roots Manuva and Kid Creole & The Coconuts.On the B-side, "Nao Aguento Você" by Trio Esperança. A vocal trio from Rio formed by siblings Mario, Regina, and Evinha Correia José Maria. "Nao Aguento Você" is a sunny, psychedelic gem, taken from their 1971 self-titled album. The original lineup recorded seven albums for Odeon Brazil between 1963 and 1975.
