Description

The guitar is an instrument that finds its place in almost all musical fields — classical, jazz, rock, folk, blues — and whose reach extends across the world. Most guitarists operate within one camp or another, but Eleonora Strino has managed to cross the boundaries between many forms and musical languages. Her latest CD with CAM JAZZ, Lumithia, is a slice of personal alchemy where she transforms the wood, strings, and mechanics of her instrument into an art of absolute purity. It is rare for a solo guitar recital to achieve such breadth and depth: a significant new milestone in the journey of a major contemporary artist. Under the supervision of music producer Ermanno Basso, Lumithia was recorded, mixed, and mastered in December 2025 by Stefano Amerio at the Artesuono studios in Cavalicco (UD), Italy.
