Elams, after the success of Bande Organisée, presents his latest solo album: Mwanamboka. In the most difficult moments of life, a human being needs to be close to those they can trust. And in the neighborhoods, many children grow up in the heart of a brotherhood: a family that one creates around oneself. Brothers and sisters who support each other through life and death. These young people are often nicknamed "Mwanamboka," which means "Child of the Street." These "children of the block" try to prove their existence to the world and attempt to show that their lives are different and difficult. In the streets of Marseille, Elams was a Mwanamboka who left his mark on the city through his art and sincerity. In his upcoming album, Elams tells the story of a Mwanamboka and shares his own story with us.
