Passed away far too young on April 17, 1960, at the age of 22, EDDIE COCHRAN is still considered today as one of the greatest and most authentic representatives of Rock 'n' Roll. For the first time, this CD faithfully traces the tracks from his 7 French EPs. Released on 2 different labels, 5 tracks overlap among the 28 tracks from the 7 EPs. Of course, they have not been programmed twice, allowing this compilation to include the B-side of a rare single, 1 very rare live track that is also new to CD, plus 6 other bonus tracks from his brilliant repertoire that did not have the chance to be selected at the time for the EPs. Here are 32 tracks that have been remastered for the occasion in high definition 192KHz/24-Bit, accompanied by a booklet reproducing all the photos from the EPs as well as the original French albums.
