I Got A Message: Hollywood (1968-1970)
Description
Formed in 1965, Dyke & The Blazers, alongside the legendary James Brown, were one of the first groups to usher Soul and Rhythm & Blues into the realm of abrasive Funk with raw and effective hooks. Active from 1965 to 1971, the band abruptly ended their career after the violent death of their leader Arlester Christian, who was shot in the streets of Phoenix. Discover these two limited-edition 2LP Gatefold compilations, featuring flagship tracks and many unreleased gems, and immerse yourself in the unbridled Funk vibes of a band whose groove has been sampled by the biggest names (Tupac, Statsonics…).Buy I Got A Message: Hollywood (1968-1970) at the best price
