Description

NSFW, the first solo album by Drixxxé, is designed as the soundtrack to an imaginary film, breaking the boundaries between Hip Hop, Rock, Funk, and Electro pop.
Drixxxé, beatmaker, former member of Triptic, the leading group of the second wave of French Hip Hop in the early 2000s, reinvents himself with NSFW (Not Safe For Work).
A synthesis of all his experiences and influences, NSFW draws inspiration from both Melody Nelson by Serge Gainsbourg and There's a Riot Goin' On by Sly and the Family Stone, while paying tribute to Erick Satie, David Bowie, and Marvin Gaye. In continuity with his famous "Sextapes," made up of tracks from the soundtracks of the golden age of erotic cinema in the 70s, Drixxxé intertwines vintage and futuristic sounds, sung tracks and instrumental pieces. Electronic nuptials of classical piano and vocoder for a phantasmagoric soundtrack, code name 007.
