Down By The Jetty - Vinyl

Description

Released in 1975, Down by the Jetty is the first album by Dr Feelgood and one of the founding records of British pub rock. Recorded under deliberately raw conditions, the album captures the band's on-stage energy, driven by Lee Brilleaux's edgy vocals and Wilko Johnson's incisive guitar. Blending blues, rhythm and blues, and rock'n'roll, it features iconic tracks such as She Does It Right, Roxette, All Through the City, and Keep It Out of Sight. An essential classic of 70s British rock, its direct and unadorned approach will have a lasting influence on the upcoming punk scene. Tracklisting: SIDE A 1. She Does It Right 2. Boom, Boom 3.
