Waxwork Records, in partnership with Watertower Music, is proud to present the original soundtrack of the film EVIL DEAD BURN, composed by Double Danger, in a deluxe double vinyl edition created for the most fervent fans of the Evil Dead franchise. Pressed on "Demonic Hell" colored vinyl (translucent black speckled with fiery orange splatters), this collector's edition is presented in a thick gatefold sleeve adorned with a never-before-seen illustration by Steve Reeves, who had previously collaborated closely with Waxwork Records on the acclaimed packaging of the Evil Dead Rise (2023) soundtrack. The composers of Double Danger explain: "In Evil Dead Burn, the house is not just a setting: it is an instrument, a character, a true nightmare. We treated it like a living organism, breathing, moaning, and slowly consuming all those trapped within. Our goal was to create music that does not accompany horror, but contaminates it." Rather than imitating the legacy of Evil Dead, we wanted to take it to unexpected, brutal, and deeply human horizons.
