Description
Polish cellist and composer Dobrawa Czocher returns with State of Matter, her second album. Inspired by her move to the Baltic coast, the album is a meditation on change and movement, nourished by the ocean and forests, and marks an artistic evolution blending percussive cello, synthesizers, electronics and, for the first time, her own voice. Recorded at Studio S4 of Polish Radio in Warsaw, it extends the momentum of Dreamscapes (2023) by balancing classical writing and a contemporary approach.
