Del The Funky Homosapien and Amp Live, both from Oakland, are reuniting for "Gate 13." This new album brings together the veteran of the Hieroglyphics crew and the Grammy-nominated co-founder of Zion I and Unified Highway. After an initial collaboration on Amplive's official Radiohead remix, these two friends, who met when they both lived in Oakland, take us on a 15-track journey where Hip-Hop, Funk, and EDM (among other genres) merge, with guests including Goapele and Eligh.
