Paname City Rappin' is the work of the great pioneer of French Hip Hop: Dee Nasty. In May 1984, he recorded this album at Studio Do. Originally pressed in 1,000 copies, the story goes that a large part of the stock was destroyed in a fire. For a very long time, this vinyl remained impossible to find. A few copies have resurfaced. The first French rap album, Paname City Rappin' is a treasure blending Hip-Hop, funk and electro. Later on, Dee Nasty would become one of the main figures of French hip-hop. He notably hosted "Block Party" at the famous Terrain Vague de La Chapelle and Deenastyle on radio Nova for two years.
