In 2004, the creation of the artist collective Les Dissonances by violinist David Grimal initiated an extraordinary adventure. The musical ensemble, with its variable geometry and no conductor, allows him to bring a new vision to the works of the great repertoire. Confronted in recent months with concert cancellations, David Grimal transformed the tour of his ensemble Les Dissonances planned for April 2021 into a recording day at the Philharmonie de Paris to record Chausson's Poème and Ravel's Tzigane, placed in perspective with George Enescu's Romanian Caprice. Folklore permeates Enescu's virtuosic Romanian Caprice. Caprice?
